Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed Class 10 (High School) from a school recognized by NCVT/SCVT or hold a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT are eligible to apply for the RRB Group D Recruitment Exam

How to Fill the Online Form 2026
- Interested candidates who wish to apply for the RRB post can submit their application online before 09 March 2026

The candidate’s photograph must be a recent passport-size photo with a light or white background. The face should be clearly visible, and the candidate must not wear a cap, goggles, or mask. The signature must be done using black ink on white paper and should be clear and easily readable. |
| Aadhaar Card |
The Aadhaar number is required at the time of form filling, and the original Aadhaar card must be produced during PET and document verification. |
| 10th Class Marksheet |
This document is used as proof of Date of Birth and educational qualification. |
| Caste / Category Certificates (If Applicable) |
Candidates must possess a valid SC/ST certificate, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, or EWS certificate of the latest financial year, as applicable. The certificate must be issued in the government-prescribed format. |
| PwBD / Disability Certificate (If Applicable) |
Candidates must have a Benchmark Disability Certificate issued by an authorized medical board, with the disability percentage clearly mentioned. |
| Ex-Serviceman Certificate (If Applicable) |
Candidates must possess a valid Discharge Book or Service Certificate, in which the length of service is clearly mentioned. |
| Bank Account Details |
Candidates must provide the account holder’s name, account number, and IFSC code, which are required for fee refund or future payments. |
| Domicile / Address Proof (If Asked) |
Candidates may need to provide a state domicile certificate along with their permanent and correspondence address details, if required. |
| Important Instructions |
Candidates must Keep all documents scanned and ready before form filling. Fill name, DOB, and parents’ names exactly as per 10th marksheet. Incorrect or fake documents can cancel selection. Carry originals with self-attested photocopies for verification. |
