Age Limits for IAF Group Y Medical Assistant Airmen Notification 2026
Age limits are as per Indian Airforce Agniveer Rules
- For 10+2 (Intermediate) Candidates:
- Must be unmarried
- Date of birth should be between 2 July 2005 and 2 July 2009
- At the time of enrolment, age should not exceed 21 years
- For Candidates with Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy:
- Unmarried candidates: Born between 2 July 2002 and 2 July 2007
- Married candidates: Born between 2 July 2002 and 2 July 2005
- At the time of enrolment, age should not exceed 24 years

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from a recognized board with at least 50% overall marks and 50% marks in English, OR Passed a 2-year vocational course with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (as non-vocational subjects) with the same 50% marks requirement in total and in English. |
| Eligibility for Medical Assistant Trade (Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy candidates) |
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, scoring at least 50% marks overall and 50% in English. In addition, they must hold a Diploma or B.Sc in Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks and must have valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrolment. |
