Education Qualification
- Candidates must have a Law degree
- Shorthand speed of 120 w.p.m in English is required
- Computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m is needed
- At least 5 years of regular experience as a Private Secretary, PA, or Stenographer in a government department, PSU, or statutory body is necessary
