Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board in India and should possess transcription skills, with a transcription time of 40 minutes for English and 55 minutes for Hindi. |
| Stenographer Grade D |
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board in India and should possess transcription skills, with a transcription time of 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi. |
Age Limits (as on 01 August 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 27 Years (Grade D)
- Maximum Age: 30 Years (Grade C)
- SSC provides age relaxation for the Stenographer Grade C, D position as per their regulations
