Age Limits (As On 25 March 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years (Assistant Engineer)
- Maximum Age: 30 Years (Asst Section Officer)
- Maximum Age: 30 / 32 Years (Junior Engineer)
- Maximum Age: 30 / 35 Years (Legal Assistant)
- DSSSB provides age relaxation for the Legal Asst, AE, JE, ASO position as per their regulations

| Legal Assistant (Delhi Pollution Control Committee) |
Candidates must have a Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Additionally, they should have either three (3) years of experience as a Legal Practitioner or at least one (1) year of experience in legal work in a Government Department. |
| Legal Assistant (Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board) |
Candidates must have a Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. In addition, they should have either a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Legal Practitioner or at least one (1) year of experience in legal work in a Government Department. |
| Legal Assistant (Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs) |
Candidates must have a Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Additionally, they should have either a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Legal Practitioner or at least one (1) year of experience in handling legal work in a Government Department or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU). |
| Legal Assistant (Delhi Transport Corporation) |
Candidates must have a Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. They should have at least one (1) year of experience working with an Advocate and must be enrolled with the Bar Council. Additionally, candidates should have working knowledge of the Hindi language (ability to read and write Hindi). |
