- Clerk Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, proficiency in computer operations (word processing and spreadsheets), typing speed of 35 words per minute in English, and completion of an 80 hour ICT Training Course on Computer (CCC) as per Chandigarh Administration guidelines
- Steno Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, proficiency in computer operations (word processing and spreadsheets), dictation at 80 w.p.m for 10 minutes and transcription in English within 50 minutes on computer, and an 80 hour ICT Training Course on Computer (CCC) as per Chandigarh Administration guidelines
