Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in the relevant field such as Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, or equivalent qualification from a recognized university in India. Candidates must also have passed the FSSAI Food Analyst Examination conducted by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), New Delhi.
